Job Description
The Falcon Group is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead their San Antonio office, building and growing their Texas business unit.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Engineering
- Proven track record in business development, team leadership, and project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
- Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license is required
- OSHA-10 Certification
- Valid United States Driver’s License
