Job Description
Establish field yard organizational systems, tool & equipment lifecycles, equipment specification, rent vs. own analysis, capex justification, leasing selection, and equipment commissioning/decommissioning. Manage equipment lifecycle, develop business cases for capital expenditures, and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial or construction engineering, construction management or equivalent
- 10+ years job experience in commercial construction and/or field steel erection, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment, methods and practices
- Proficient in 2D & 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools
- Proficient in Align Technologies/Toolwatch or other equipment tracking software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across project management, operations and field erection teams
- Understand safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial and job site environments
