Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Construction Installation Manager to manage field teams performing installation and site preparation activities in active air traffic control operational environments. The role involves assigning field staff, ensuring they are adequately trained, and monitoring their work. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field and 15+ years of experience in field construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience)
- 15+ years of experience in field construction
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to interpret installation drawings, scopes of work, and technical packages
- Familiarity of industry practices and regulations
- Experience giving professional, formal presentations using PowerPoint or equivalent software
- Experience working in a Windows-based environment; skills using Outlook, Word and Excel
