Installation Manager

Parsons is looking for an Installation Manager to lead field teams performing hands-on installation and site preparation activities in active air traffic control operational environments. The role requires 8+ years of deployment, installation, or construction management experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, technical systems, operations, or a related field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, technical systems, operations, or a related field
• 8+ years of deployment, installation, or construction management experience
• 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
• Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to interpret installation drawings, scopes of work, and technical packages
• Familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
• Experience giving professional, formal presentations using PowerPoint or equivalent software
• Experience working in a Windows-based environment; skills using Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be able to meet customer security requirements
• Ability to perform site selection and engineering, construction, environmental and fire/life safety, equipment installation and testing
