Job Description
DCCreations Travel is searching for hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to plan dream vacations for clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating all trip components and providing outstanding customer service to clients.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a smartphone, tablet and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
- Must be willing to learn and be coachable
- Must be self-motivated and have a passion for helping others
- Open to and comfortable with various Social Media platforms
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
