Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This is a part-time position with shifts available Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. As a DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, foster independence, and promote well-being. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history
- Successful completion of DDI's Transportation Orientation
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to be empathic, compassionate, and patient
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to learn and grow with ongoing training and professional development
