Direct Support Professional - DSP

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work closely with people of all ages who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in various settings, including homes, day habilitation centers, and community settings. DSPs assist individuals in maximizing their strengths, interests, and abilities, upholding their personal rights, and building positive relationships.
