Job Description
Special Education Teachers educate individuals with developmental disabilities in an ungraded classroom setting.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and NYS teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred
- Interest in working with developmentally disabled individuals is required
- Must possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
