Job Description
We are looking for a full-time team leader to oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and beautification of our shopping area, ensuring it is clean and inviting every weekend. As a team leader, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and motivating a team of six members, as well as reporting and signaling any issues that need to be addressed. You will also need to have experience with various machines and equipment, and a minimum of MBO 4 level education and a driver's license.
Requirements
- At least MBO 4 level education
- Driver's license
- VCA Basic certificate or VCA Full certificate (a plus)
- Experience as a (working) leader, team leader, foreman or something similar
- Good communication skills
- Good physical condition
