Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Leader in service to strengthen our team at Trattoria Italiana City Hall. The ideal candidate will be supportive and advisory to management, work as a co-manager of an enthusiastic team, and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Motivate and enthuse others
- Experience in an executive role in the hospitality industry
- Maintain an overview and quickly take the lead
- Available for at least 4 days a week, with one day in the weekend
- Natural authority and understand that good example follows
