Student (m/f/d) Personal Controlling & HR Data Maintenance to support HR team in personal controlling and HR data maintenance, maintenance, updating and evaluation of forecasts, recording, maintenance and analysis of HR KPIs, and ensuring high data quality in HR systems and Excel overviews.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in the field of business economics, business administration, economics, psychology, controlling, HR or comparable
• Outstanding numerical understanding as well as interest in personal controlling and HR key figures
• Very good Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas); Power BI or other BI tools are beneficial
• Structured, meticulous and analytical working method
• High reliability and discretion in dealing with sensitive personnel data
• Good German language skills, English language skills are beneficial
