Technical Support Specialist

Leadventure is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support our Dealer Spike brand. The candidate will work directly with customers, solving technical problems and consulting on how to get the most out of the Dealer Spike Inventory Syndication system.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• 2+ years of computer and software service experience in a fast-paced business environment
• 1+ year of supporting customer applications via phone in technical help desk environment
• Understanding of data mapping, transformations, and integrations
• Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of eBay, Craigslist, and Auto industry a plus
