Leads the design and implementation of programs that strengthen leadership capability, management effectiveness, and workforce development across the organization. Responsible for management training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives that support team member engagement, organizational performance, and long-term leadership continuity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ progressively responsible experience in learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development
- Demonstrated experience designing learning programs using adult learning principles, blended learning methods, and modern training approaches that drive behavior change and skill development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
