Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Learning and Development to create innovative workforce development solutions, drive personal and business success, and advance team members' skillsets, knowledge, and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and data analytics, with a strong understanding of adult learning methodology and instructional design.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience managing a training and development team at the corporate level
- 5+ years' experience designing and delivering leadership and management programs
- 5+ years' experience in managing HR systems in partnership with HRIS
