Decagon is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the future of their AI-powered enterprise solutions. The role combines pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture, acting as a trusted advisor and guiding customers through integration of Decagon's platform. Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant)
- Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise technology stacks
- Demonstrated success engaging with large organizations
- Strong technical proficiency in developing tailored demos, proofs-of-concept and solution architectures.
