Strategic Growth Lead, Founder's Office

We're an in-office company, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and velocity, and we're looking to bring on a senior Strategic Growth & Partnerships leader to join the Founder's Office and help drive expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or founder-adjacent roles
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives, VC/PE investors, and operators, and close complex, relationship-driven opportunities
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Proven judgment in prioritizing deals, partners, and markets
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without heavy process
• Willingness to travel as needed
