Requirements
- I welcome my customers as guests and satisfy them by offering sports ranges and services designed for their needs, across all channels.
- I develop my sports performance offerings: service solutions tailored to my customers, available across all channels (physical and digital).
- I ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty through close, personal interactions.
- I provide a seamless and smooth omnichannel experience through the Decathlon app.
- I offer workshop services to personalize products or extend their lifespan for my customers.
- I satisfy my customers by creating an experiential and safe layout that allows them to easily discover our sports, solutions, and be emotionally engaged.
- I set up physical, experience-driven layouts that showcase our range of products and services.
- I ensure product availability both in-store and online (stock management, orders, etc.).
- I maintain safety and security for myself and my customers—covering store safety, product security, and data protection.
