Requirements

• Welcome customers as guests and satisfy them by offering sports ranges and services designed for their needs
• Develop sports performance offerings: service solutions tailored to customers, available across all channels
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty through close, personal interactions
• Provide a seamless and smooth omnichannel experience through the Decathlon app
• Offer workshop services to personalize products or extend their lifespan for customers
• Set up physical, experience-driven layouts that showcase our range of products and services
• Ensure product availability both in-store and online (stock management, orders, etc.)
• Maintain safety and security for myself and my customers—covering store safety, product security, and data protection
