Requirements

• Welcome customers as guests and satisfy them by offering sports ranges and services designed for their needs
• Develop sports performance offerings, including service solutions and omnichannel experiences
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty through close, personal interactions
• Provide a seamless and smooth omnichannel experience through the Decathlon app
• Offer workshop services to personalize products or extend their lifespan for customers
• Create an experiential and safe layout that allows customers to easily discover sports, solutions, and be emotionally engaged
• Set up physical, experience-driven layouts that showcase products and services
• Ensure product availability both in-store and online
• Maintain safety and security for self and customers
