CNA Contract

Provide great patient care, answer patient calls, and assist with daily activities and personal hygiene. Ensure patients receive appropriate diet and report changes to medical or nursing staff. Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.

Requirements

• Provide great patient care
• Answer patient calls and determine how best to help them
• Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Ensure patients or residents receive appropriate diet
• Obtain information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions, treatment plans, and suggested activities
• Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate
• Examine patients to detect issues requiring medical care
• Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements
• Note observations of patient behavior
