Job Description
Decentralized Masters is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure the sales organization operates with speed, accuracy, visibility, and accountability. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and optimization of the sales tech stack, primarily HubSpot.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM Administration
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
- Mid–Senior level Sales Operations experience
- Strong background in sales automation and workflow design
