Project Controls Manager

Decima International is a professional services company that provides project management and controls services to clients in the United States and the Middle East. We are looking for a driven and capable Project Controls Manager to support the development of multiple Data Center projects for one of the top technology clients in the world.

Requirements

• Establish a strong working relationship with the client and communicate effectively with both technical and management-level personnel.
• Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and progress reports for management review.
• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications to ensure accurate alignment with project objectives.
• Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS).
• Assist in loading schedules with resource and cost information as required.
• Perform schedule and resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and areas requiring corrective action.
• Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports to reflect accurate project status.
• Coordinate and review consultants', contractors', and vendors' schedules to ensure compliance with client standards and contractual requirements.
• Report on schedule performance, including progress trends, delays, or accelerations.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of earned value management (EVM) systems to monitor project performance.
• Identify project risks, analyze potential impacts, and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Perform 'what-if' and delay analyses under the guidance of the Associate Director.
• Maintain clear communication between the company, clients, and project teams on all project control matters.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
