Job Description
We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Canberra Outlet to the next level! As 3IC, you’ll play a key role in supporting your Store Manager and ASM to drive results, elevate the customer experience, and help shape a strong, empowered store culture that lives and breathes the DECJUBA vibe.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- Great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Leadership and management skills
