Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide excellent customer service, and communicate the company's values, vision, and mission. You will be responsible for aiding in the day-to-day operations of the store, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate, people, resources, and services in order to address business goals and needs
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, especially during our busiest time of the year
