We are seeking an eCommerce Initiatives Manager to drive innovation, operational excellence, and digital capability expansion for North America-specific initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration, implementing new digital capabilities, and ensuring compliance with project controls and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working on an eCommerce or digital-focused team (required)
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment (preferred)
- Experience with both Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Preferred certifications (not required): PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
