At Deckers Brands, we're looking for a Director of eCommerce Technology to lead the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global eCommerce platforms and consumer digital experiences. The role requires a hands-on and strategic leader who can balance near-term delivery, platform stability, and performance with longer-term modernization and capability evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management or Business Administration preferred
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or digital platform delivery, with 5+ years in people leadership roles
- Proven experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale eCommerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with modern commerce technologies (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, headless commerce, composable architectures)
- Experience working in global retail, DTC, or consumer-facing digital environments strongly preferred
