At Deckers Brands, we're looking for a Sr. Manager, OM Program Operations to drive the execution of Order Management strategy across complex transformation programs. As a Senior Manager, you'll lead development and governance of business use cases and value frameworks, partner with analytics to define, measure, and communicate value realization, and coordinate quality planning and testing strategy with enterprise QA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification; relevant change management and agile/product management certifications
- 10+ years of experience in program operations, business operations, transformation, or enterprise delivery roles
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning business and technology environments
