Sr. Program Manager, Data & AI

As a Senior Program Manager, Data & AI, you will guide high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive transformation across Deckers' global business. You'll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and organizational change—translating strategy into action, navigating complexity, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline (MBA or Master’s preferred)
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
• 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years in senior roles leading complex, cross-functional programs
