Dedale is a strategic intelligence company seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee regional recruitment operations, talent and performance management, and core HR functions. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance standards across multiple geographies, especially in the Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree required.
