Requirements
- 3–7 years in EHR/EMR training, clinical informatics, or healthcare IT
- Experience in training delivery using a train-the-trainer model
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Hands-on experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) and LMS
- Ability to simplify complex systems into engaging training
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
