Join Dedalus as Adoption Lead – EHR and shape the delivery of the Dedalus Electronic Health Record to ANZ clients, driving better care and healthcare safety.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years' experience in healthcare IT, digital health, or large-scale transformation programs
- Proven experience leading change management and/or training for EHR/EMR implementations
- Experience working in a vendor or consulting environment, partnering with health service clients
- Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and adult learning principles
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
- High level of autonomy, with the ability to lead workstreams end-to-end
