Macquarie University Health is embarking on a multi-faceted Electronic Medical Record (EMR) program. The Head of EMR People Change and Adoption will lead the people change, adoption, and experience strategy for the EMR Transformation Initiative.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior change, transformation, or healthcare leadership roles
- Direct leadership of at least one large-scale EMR or EHR implementation
- Extensive experience working within public and/or private hospital environments
- Deep expertise across change management, communications, training design, and behavioural adoption strategies
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build advocacy among clinicians, senior executives, and frontline operational staff
