Enablement Manager, Revenue

As the GTM Enablement Manager, you'll develop and execute enablement strategies to empower sales teams and drive growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue, or GTM Enablement
• Training or degree in learning and development or related fields
• Strong passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills under pressure
• Clear communicator, fluent in English, with experience providing feedback to teams and stakeholders
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to solve problems independently
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build trust and motivate others
