Job Description
Deel is a global payroll and HR platform that empowers teams to scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly. As the Enablement Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to enable sales teams with knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively engage with customers and drive growth.
Requirements
- Develop and execute enablement strategies
- Create and lead continuing education training programs
- Create eLearning scripts, sales playbooks, and other key initiatives
- Ensure GTM Sales teams are aligned, well-equipped, and performing at their best
