As an IT Support Specialist 2nd Level - Security, you will be the main security escalation point for our customers and our 1st-level support team, troubleshooting and resolving complex security-related issues.
Requirements
- IT apprenticeship or equivalent experience as a system administrator
- Hands-on experience with MDM systems
- Strong understanding of securing Windows environments and cloud security
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Customer-focused, patient, and committed to a security-first mindset
