Job Description
Act as the primary security escalation point for customers and 1st level support team, handling complex security incidents and inquiries. Provide technical support and solve complex problems for customers with a focus on machine-learningābased security solutions.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or professional development as a system administrator
- Practical experience using MDM systems to enforce security policies, application controls, and conditional access rules to protect endpoints
- Hands-on experience with security operations centers (SOC), endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), identity & access management (IAM), and/or compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz)
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Patience and strong security-first service approach
