Job Description
IT Support Specialist 2nd Level - Networking job description: providing technical support, handling complex issues, and designing secure network architectures for customers. The role requires experience with networking hardware and services, cloud-based networks, and protocols like BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or advanced system administrator role through professional development
- Practical experience in managing MDM systems, configuring and troubleshooting device connectivity, VPN profiles, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware and services from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti
- Proficiency in configuring and managing cloud-based networks, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, security gateway policies, and Wi-Fi optimization
- Strong proficiency in English (C1)
