Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level IT support and act as an escalation point for selected second-level topics. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and macOS, as well as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
Requirements
- Completed an apprenticeship, vocational training, or hold a university degree in the IT field, or have comparable practical experience
- At least one year of experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS and a solid understanding of IT troubleshooting fundamentals
- Familiarity with user and device lifecycle management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
