IT Systems Engineer – IAM & IT Operations

Deepwatch is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to own identity and access management, and core IT operations across the business. This role is centered on IAM using Okta, while also running internal ticketing, endpoint management, and onboarding for both employees and customers.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in IT, systems engineering, or help desk roles with IAM exposure
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta
• Experience managing ticket queues in Jira or similar systems
• Experience supporting macOS environments and MDM platforms like Kandji
• Understand SSO protocols, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
• Troubleshoot across identity, endpoint, and SaaS layers
• Okta Certified Professional
• CompTIA Security+
• Okta Certified Administrator
• CompTIA Network+
