Cross Border Services provides tailored insurance solutions for companies based in Canada with US or global parent. The Account Executive will partner with managing companies to provide coverage based on customers' needs, with a focus on profitability and success.
Requirements
- Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.
- Underwrite and skillfully negotiate complex customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with INI partners within the business unit and across the organization.
- Foster and maintain relationships with external partners by regularly meeting in person with brokers.
- May assist in the training and mentoring of less experienced Account Executives.
