Reporting to the Leader, National Casualty and Bodily Injury Claims, you will be accountable for investigating, negotiating and settling Senior Third Party Bodily Injury and Casualty claims. You will engage stakeholders, manage claim files and maintain detailed records.
Requirements
- University degree, a college diploma or the CIP designation
- Comfortable and experienced working on Ontario auto BI and CGL claims
- Minimum 3 years of claims handling experience in Bodily Injury/Casualty Litigation
- Notable Commercial General Liability Claims handling experience, both Bodily Injury and Property damage
- Proficient in MS Office and strong computer skills
- Bilingualism in both English and French is an asset
- Licensed in multiple provinces is an asset
- Atlantic licensing an asset
