Head of Operations (m/w/d) - InsureTech / Software / Versicherung

Degura is the leading InsureTech company for corporate pension planning. We need a Head of Operations to take over strategic and operational responsibility for the entire operations department.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable field
• Several years of experience in a leading position (e.g. COO, Head of Operations, Director Operations), ideally in start-ups or scale-ups
• § 34d GewO license available or willingness to obtain it shortly
• Good knowledge of German and English (both min. C1)
