As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will take over the strategic and operational responsibility for our sales area, build our sales team further, develop scalable sales strategies and drive our growth in the German-speaking market.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B-SaaS sales, ideally in the FinTech or InsureTech environment
- Several years of experience in B2C-SaaS sales, ideally in the insurance industry
- Proven successes in building sales structures, reporting, and KPIs
- Deep understanding of sales processes (inbound, outbound, key account management)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, developed hands-on mentality, and leadership skills
- Strong network in the insurance industry an advantage
- Ability to use data to make informed decisions and a sense of identifying long-term growth opportunities.
- §34d GewO permit present or willingness to acquire it soon
- Very good German and English skills (C1)
