Account Executive - German Market

We're a fast-growing, international team working from an open office in the heart of Barcelona, offering a collaborative culture, plenty of room for ownership, initiative, and growth as well as sea views. As an Account Executive in Degusta Box, you will be the person responsible for creating and growing relationships with FMCG brands in order to bring value in At-Home Sampling, Market Research and Social Influencer Services.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with high-level English
• At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
• Experience in account management and developing own leads
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
• Consultative and solution-selling approach
• Strong ownership, self-starter mindset, and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strategic account planning and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented, organized, and works well in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking
• Passionate about the food & beverage industry
