Job Description
DEHOGA Consulting is seeking a freelance Business Consultant (m/f/d) to work with their location in Stuttgart, responsible for Baden-Württemberg and beyond. The consultant will provide in-depth support to hospitality clients, conduct business analyses, develop improvement suggestions, and support implementation while serving as a direct advisor. The role offers a comprehensive onboarding, ongoing support, and performance-based remuneration.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hospitality industry
- At least five years of leadership experience with comprehensive decision-making authority in the hospitality industry
- Excellent business qualifications, supplemented by a business degree
- Experience in consulting (ideally)
- Preparedness to work in Baden-Württemberg and neighboring federal states
- Very good rhetorical skills
- High degree of empathy
