Job Description
The Commercial Studio is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and support the delivery of complex, public-sector architecture projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience managing design-related projects, including coordination with consultants and contractors
- Strong working knowledge of project delivery methods, regulatory processes, fee structures, and construction phases
- Proficiency in project management and architectural tools such as Deltek, Revit, MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead conversations and resolve issues collaboratively
- PMP certification (preferred but not required)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (Dekker is unable to provide sponsorship)
