Job Description
Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH to develop and implement change strategies. This part-time (20 hours/week) position is remote and initially limited to two years. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing change strategies, working with management, leadership, and HR, and creating workshops and communication formats.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Economics, Psychology, Education Management, or equivalent
- Professional experience in accompanying change processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Qualification in Change Management
- Secure handling of M365
- Strong communication skills and structured working style
- High motivation and enthusiasm for actively shaping change processes
