Change Manager (m/f/d)

Develop, plan, and implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to ensure the sustainable success of transformation projects, as part of the Vaillant Group's digital transformation. This includes advising key stakeholders, supporting the implementation of improvements, and facilitating trainings and workshops.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of professional experience in change management and organizational development
• Experience in international rollout projects
• Solid experience with Office applications, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, and learning or training platforms
