As a Sales Manager at DEKRA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales systems, leading sales staff, and tracking competitor sales activities. You will also be responsible for managing key account relationships, contributing to auditor network development, and initiating customer trainings and information meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant business experience in Product Certification like IATF, AS9100
- Experience in sustainability, cybersecurity and decarb territory business development
- Experience in Management Systems Standards
- Work experiences in an international Certification Body or training company
- Several years Sales experience with proven track record
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majored in business or engineering disciplines
- Leadership experience, leading sales executives/staff
- Ability to give presentations to local and international Managers and to fluently communicate in Mandarin and English
