Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of OSHA, labor and federal regulations
- Previous experience in a union environment with solid leadership skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- ISO & IATF 16949 knowledge and understanding is a plus
- All candidates must be able to work all shifts, Saturday, Sunday and Overtime when needed
